Our firm was contracted to provide land surveying and civil engineering services from the ground up on the Trieste development. This development began with a specific plan and Giuliani & Kull participated as the civil engineering consultant for that venture. We have been involved at every level since project inception including land use planning, backbone infrastructure design, subdivision design and mapping, and engineering financial analysis. Currently, an 86 unit age restricted residential subdivision is under construction. The next phase will include 107 units of single family residence housing. Also included in this project will be approximately 50 acres of commercial property.
